2) A New Day Dawning
Isaiah 60:1-3 (CEV): "Jerusalem, stand up! Shine! Your new day is dawning. The glory of the LORD shines brightly on you." The earth and its people are covered with darkness, but the glory of the Lord is shining upon you. Nations and kings will come to the light of your dawning day.
Isaiah 60:1–3 (NIV): Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.
DQ 2) What would it mean for a new day to dawn in your life?

3) The Bright Morning Star
Revelation 22:12–17: “Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.” “Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city.” Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. “I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.” The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let him who hears say, “Come!”
DQ 3) Why was Satan called a “morning star” in Isaiah 14:12?
DQ 4) Why is Jesus THE Morning Star?
