3) A Gentle Tongue

Proverbs 15:4 (ESV): A gentle [healing, wholesome, soothing] tongue is a tree of life, but perverseness in it breaks the spirit.
DQ 3) Why is a gentle tongue of great importance in Christian living?

But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander.
DQ 4) Why is a harsh witness of Christ unhelpful?
