Class Descriptions

SwordsMANship

 Facing up to the challenge of manhood and preparing ourselves through the art of the sword. For boys only.

 

Witness Wear

Making wearable items that share Jesus!

 

Pawns & Puzzles

Learning life lessons and discovering God’s purpose for your life through the game of CHESS.

 

Happy Feet Tap

For boys and girls who like to make a joyful noise with their feet. This class is for beginners and for those with tap experience. Tap shoes are available to borrow.

 

Bible Battle

An exciting class filled with games and many other methods to study and memorize the bible. We will hide God’s word in our hearts and will end the week with a taste of a Bible bowl competition.

 

Leap for the Lord

A dance class exploring leaps, turns and joyful worship

 

Self-Defense

A physical contact class where you will learn defensive concepts and techniques. You will learn how to use your strength to confidently protect yourself.

 

Melodica Music

Learn to play this hand-held instrument that looks like a piano keyboard but sounds like a harmonica. Students will make a joyful noise by blowing into the melodica!

 

Twirl

A twirler is a performer who combines baton twirling with dance movements.

 

Bible Slime

Learn how to make SLIME and the science behind it. What makes it so slimy? What makes it so squishy? We will learn to make our own slime, adding fun items to it that will go with our daily bible stories. Who knows how much fun we’ll have on this slimy adventure?

 

Embroidery

Use needles, hoops, and floss to learn hand embroidery stitches as well as how to transfer patterns and finish off a project.

 

Culinary Creations

A professional chef will teach you to bake from scratch and end the week with a baking competition


Interpretive Movement

A combination of sign language and motion set to song lyrics. (for boys and girls)
