PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY

The Worship Arts Ministry will lead Weekend Worship at Celebration Church on April 25-26. This letter provides important information about schedules, dress rehearsals, and costumes.

WHAT IS B.I.G. WORSHIP WEEKEND?

This is an opportunity for Worship Arts students and staff to lead weekend worship. It will be held in our Worship Center on April 23 (dress rehearsal) and April 25-26 (performances). This is not a recital—it is a time to celebrate Jesus together through music, visual art, and dance.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS

Take photos and videos at the dress rehearsal on Thursday, April 23. Due to copyright issues, services will NOT be livestreamed. To encourage an atmosphere of worship, please do not take photos or videos during Saturday and Sunday services.

BACKSTAGE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Parent helpers are needed backstage. Contact Jeanne Kashner at the Worship Arts desk or jkashnerccwam@gmail.com to volunteer.

COSTUMES

• All female dancers must wear a black tank leotard and ankle-length black leggings under every costume. Purchase immediately.
• Costume payments due April 1st. Pay via cash/check at Worship Arts desk or online via Studio Pro.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

1. Pray and Prepare

Study and memorize Ephesians 5:1-2: "Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God." Students, staff and Worship Arts families are encouraged to pray and fast April 17-23. This can be a fast from certain foods, drinks, or social media, or adding Bible reading, prayer, or other spiritual disciplines. Pray for and invite friends who do not know Jesus.

2. Attend All Classes and Rehearsals

EVERY STUDENT must attend regularly scheduled classes AND the dress rehearsal.

3. Complete Tuition Payments

Thank you for your faithful support of Celebration Church Worship Arts Ministry! As you know, tuition payments go directly to our teachers. Please pay all outstanding tuition before April 1st. Online payment is available for tuition and costumes.

Note: Art & Sewing classes contribute to the art display but do not need to attend performances.
